04. 22.06.2016 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State.

The Petitioner seeks bail in Sahebpur Kamal P.S. Case No. 209 of 2014 registered under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-B), 26 and 35 of the Arms Act pending before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai.

Considering that the witnesses have been produced and examined, I am not inclined to review the earlier order refusing bail to the Petitioner. The prayer for bail is once again rejected.

The Trial Court is directed to take stringent steps for ensuring appearance of the witnesses.
