This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offences under Sections 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code. Some stolen sweats were recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid nature of allegation and the fact that the petitioner, above named, is in custody since 15.09.2016, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Kesarai P.S.
