16-02-2016 After some argument, Sri Prakash Mahto, learned counsel for the petitioner, in presence of Md. Aslam Ansari, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor, makes a prayer for disposal of the present anticipatory bail petition so that the petitioner may appear before the court below and make a prayer for regular bail. The prayer is allowed.
