The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Araria R.S. P.S.Case no.813 of 2019 registered for offences punishable under Sections 279, 337, 338, 353, 307, 427 and 186 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case while the police chased the truck, which tried to flee away by breaking the barricade, petitioner was arrested and he is driver of the truck. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that in connection with the occurrence, two cases have been lodged and he has been granted bail in another case, vide order dated 4.2.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No.6336 of 2010. He is in custody since 28.11.2019 in connection with this case.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Araria in connection with Araria R.S. P.S.Case No.813 of 2019.

Accordingly, this application is allowed.
