Patna High Court MJC No.3675 of 2016(5) dt.26-07-2017 2/2 period July, 2015 to February, 2017, March, 2005 to June, 2015 and July, 2007 to December, 2014, total amounting to Rs.
8,32,692/- has already been paid to the petitioner by crediting the same in petitioner's Bank A/c No.
4647000100117920, for which the Branch Manager, Punjab National Bank, Rohtas, was requested vide letter No. 714, dated 21.03.2017."
It appears from the statement made in paragraph 4 of the show cause reply, as noted above, that the order of this Court has been fully complied with.
No case of deliberate disobedience of this Court's order is made out.
This application is accordingly dismissed.
