The petitioner is accused in connection with Maharajganj P.S. Case No. 322 of 2013, registered under Sections 467, 468, 471, 419 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is of joining of the petitioner as Assistant Teacher in Upgraded Middle School, Pokhra on submitting forged training and Residential Certificate. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent is in custody since 09.11.2016.
Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten
