The petitioners are apprehending arrest in connection with Town (Aurangabad) P.S. Case No. 324 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 307, 147, 148 and 149 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent. The instant case was lodged after a delay of four days. He further submits that allegation was levelled against 25 persons that they surrounded and assaulted with fists and slaps also assaulted with brick. All

Considering the fact that petitioners have no criminal antecedent and the nature of allegation is general and omnibus, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, in the event of arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.50,000/- (Fifty thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Town (Aurangabad) P.S. Case No. 324 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
