The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 411/379/34 of the Indian Penal Code, section 56(2) of Mines Act, Section 21 of Mines and Minerals Act and section 15 of the Environment Protection Act.
As per the prosecution case, two tractors involved in illegal excavation of sand were seized. Petitioner no. 1 is driver and petitioner no. 2 is owner of the one of seized tractors. It is submitted that petitioner has already deposited a sum of Rs. 30313/- which was imposed as fine. Petitioners

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners abovenamed, in the event of their arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate Ist, Jhanjharpur, Madhubani in connection with Lakhnaur RSOP P.S.
