This is a petition for grant of regular bail in a case under Sections 363, 366A/34, 376 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code. There is specific assertion by the victim in her statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C. that the petitioner committed rape on her. Hence, having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. The prayer for bail is rejected.
