JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 08-07-2015 The present application under section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed by the petitioners for quashing the order dated 01.03.2012 passed by the learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Bagaha, West Champaran in Complaint Case No.93 of 2010 corresponding to Tr. No. 4850 of 2012, by which cognizance has been taken against the petitioners under sections 323 and 498-A of the Indian Penal Code and they have been summoned to face trial.
