The petitioner has been arrested in connection with Sessions Trial No. 138 of 2015 (arising out of Buxar Rail P.S. Case No. 26 of 2014) registered under Section 395 of Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that the petitioner along with other miscreants assaulted the informant and snatched Rs. 7,50,000/-. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was not apprehended at the spot and name of the petitioner finds place on disclosure of apprehended accused. It is further submitted that the petitioner is in jail custody since 18.09.2014.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.54352 of 2015 (4) dt.12-02-2016 Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the 4th Additional Sessions Judge, Ara, Bhojpur, in connection with Sessions Trial No. 138 of 2015 (arising out of Buxar Rail P.S.Case No. 26 of 2014.
