The petitioner seeks bail in Ashok Paper Mill P.S. Case No. 72 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 366/34 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code. The informant (mother) alleged that her daughter was missing from the house since 27.08.2014. Anjali Devi disclosed that she saw her daughter going with Sanjay Das. It is submitted that the victim was recovered and she made her statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C. She did not disclose that the petitioner committed any offence. She disclosed that the petitioner kidnapped her and asked her to marry. It is submitted that the victim was a major girl and she had affair with the petitioner. Victim is studying in intermediate
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.49285 of 2014 (4) dt.20-04-2015 2/2 and her age was assessed to be within 16-17 years by the Doctor. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga in connection with Ashok Paper Mill P.S. Case No. 72 of 2014.
