Petitioner appears to have been remanded in the present case from Ghosi (Okri) P.S. Case no. 102/2015 in which he has already been granted bail by this court.

Moreover, having more or less similar allegation one coaccused Arjun Kumar has already been granted privilege of bail this court.

Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri S.C. Kumar, Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Nawada/ concerned court in Kasichak (Shahpur O.P)P.S. Case no. 36/2015.
