The petitioner seeks bail in Chakamehsi P.S. Case No. 39 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Section 302 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is the informant of the case and he alleged that his uncle Sunil Kumar Thakur was kidnapped by Laxman Sahni and others. During course of investigation, the petitioner was arrested and he confessed his guilt. On the basis of confessional statement of the petitioner the dead body of his uncle Sunil Kumar Thakur was recovered. It has come that the petitioner killed his uncle and concealed the dead body, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.

The trial is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same within one year from the date of receipt of this order. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J.) Rakhi/- U T
