The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation against the petitioner and other accused persons is that they transferred the land to Md. Anwar and Nagma in collusion with Shakti Singh @ Jaggu Singh by preparing a forged agreement and forged genealogical table. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that this is a case of purely civil in nature and the informant has already filed Title Suit No.603 of 2021 which was pending before the Court of learned Sub Judge-13, Ara for
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.9523 of 2022(2) dt.11-08-2022 2/2 cancellation of sale deed No. 10642. Petitioner has clean antecedent.
Learned APP appearing for the State opposed the anticipatory bail.
Considering the aforesaid submissions, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Ara in connection with Koilwar P.S.
