Petitioner seeks bail in Naubatpur P.S.Case No.382 of 2013 registered under Sections 302, 201, 120B, 34 IPC and section 27 of the Arms Act.

The informant named the petitioner along with five other accused persons and alleged that they were seen talking with his nephew Chhotu @ Rahul, who did not return home. The informant further alleged that he came to know that a firing was made. In the morning, his nephew was found dead. It is submitted that the informant is an accused in the murder of the father of the petitioner. There is no specific evidence except the confessional statement of Sundar Kumar, who said that there was accidental fire, which hit the deceased.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Danapur, Patna in connection with Naubatpur P.S.Case No.382 of 2013.
