Stand of the Road Transport Corporation in the counter affidavit is that the petitioner has been paid his GPF amount of Rs. 3,59,796 /- through RTGS. Employees, who have retired or died on or before 31.03.2015, have been paid their gratuity, leave encashment etc. Since payment is being made in chronological order, petitioner is a retiree of November, 2015, therefore, he has to await his turn for a while. Writ application is disposed off with an observation
Patna High Court CWJC No.451 of 2016 dt.27-09-2016 2/2 that the sequence of payment should be maintained and the moment the petitioner's turn come, keeping in mind the date of retirement, settlement would be done in his favour. Writ application stands disposed off.
