This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offences under Sections 30(a) and 37(a),(b),(c) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Thirty liters of country made liquor was allegedly recovered from the possession of this petitioner. Submission of the petitioner is that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent, is in custody since 05.12.2016 and is a female.

Considering the aforesaid fact specially the fact that the petitioner is a female, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Bihta P.S. Case No. 918 of 2016 to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Danapur, or successor Court.
