The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 307 & other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.
As per the F.I.R., the petitioner inflicted farsa blow on the head of the informant.
It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case because of panchayat election. Present case is counter blast of Ashok Paper Mill P.S. Case No. 128 of 2021 instituted by father of petitioner against informant of this case. Petitioner claims clean antecedent. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.
