Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with (Madhubani) Mahila P.S. Case No. 67 of 2016 registered under Sections- 341, 323, 504, 498A/34 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

Petitioners are father-in-law, mother-in-law and brother-in-law (Bhaisur) of the informant.

It is alleged that the informant had solemnized love marriage on 01.11.2015 with Md. Zuber, son of petitioner nos. 1 & 2, in her own Tola. After some time accused started torturing her for dowry. Lastly, they ousted her on 20.06.2016. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhubani in connection with G.R. No. 1413 of 2016, arising out of Mahila (Madhubani) P.S. Case No. 67 of 2016 subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
