2. Petitioner seeks quashing of the order dated 05.01.2022 passed by learned Sessions Judge, Begusarai in Cr. Revision No. 56 of 2020 by which he has rejected the discharge petition dated 27.11.2018 as well as the order of cognizance dated 11.02.2020 passed by learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Town P.S. Case No. 576 of 2013 for the offences under Sections 420, 467 and 468 of the IPC.

3. Petitioner seeks quashing on the disputed questions of fact which cannot be adjudicated by this Court at this stage.
