2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bakhri P.S. Case No. 266 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 80(2)/3(5) of B.N.S., 2023.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner and other accused persons committed murder of the deceased due to demand of dowry.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. During investigation, it has come that the victim has committed suicide. The petitioner is the husband of the deceased and he is in jail since 31.07.2024.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.9536 of 2025(2) dt.19-02-2025 2/2 prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Addl. Sessions Judge 3rd, Begusarai in connection with Bakhri P.S. Case No. 266 of 2024, subject to the condition that the petitioner will co-operate in the trial.
