The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant made allegation that her daughter was married to Mukhdeo Yadav @ Mukhu Yadav five years ago but on 27.07.2014 she was killed by her husband and other in-laws. They were taking the dead body for cremation but the mother-inlaw (the petitioner) was caught and handed over to the police. It is submitted that no specific allegation is made against the petitioner and the petitioner is in jail since 29.07.2014. The petitioner is not at all concerned with the family affairs of the deceased and her husband.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegations made against the petitioner and the fact that the

No.51331 of 2014 (3) dt.21-04-2015 2/2 petitioner is the mother-in-law of the deceased, who is in jail since 29.07.2014, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Sherghati, Gaya in Barachatti P.S. Case No. 343/2014.
