1. Heard the Learned counsel for the petitioner.

2. On 24.06.2024, there was no representation for the respondent Bank. Today i.e. 29.07.2024 also there is no representation for the respondent/ Bank.

3. During the course of argument, it is noticed that it is a purely civil dispute between the petitioner and the Bank. Therefore, the writ petition is not maintainable under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.

4. At this juncture, the Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this writ petition with a liberty to avail the remedy before the appropriate forum.
