The petitioner is accused in connection with Danapur P.S. Case No. 345 of 2016 registered under Sections 302 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. rather in course of investigation his name has been surfaced on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused, Dinesh Kumar as one of the conspirator of the offence, except that there is nothing against the petitioner. It is further submitted that while the petitioner is accused in five other cases, but in all cases, he is on bail and in the present case, he is in custody since 24.08.2016.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1501 of 2017 (2) dt.17-01-2017 Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Danapur, in connection with Danapur P.S. Case No. 345 of 2016. Out of two sureties, one surety must be the close relative of the petitioner. (Rajendra Kumar Mishra, J) Bhardwaj/- U T
