2. The petitioners are seeking quashing of the chargesheet filed consequent to Brahmpur (Chakki) P.S. Case No. 41/2016.

3. Once the charge-sheet has been filed, the matter falls within the exclusive domain of the Trial Magistrate. It is open to the petitioners to raise all pleas as are raised before this Court before the

Patna High Court Cr. WJC No.894 of 2016 dt.28-09-2016 2/2 competent court which will proceed in accordance with law.

4. With the aforesaid observation, the writ application is dismissed.
