The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 30(1) of the Prohibition of Excise Act. About 22 litres of foreign liquor was recovered from the first floor of the house where the petitioner was residing. The petitioner has stated on oath that he has no criminal antecedent and the petitioner is in custody since 26.10.2016. Considering the period already undergone, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned Addl.
