Petitioner and one other F.I.R. named accused are said to have made attempt to commit rape upon the informant for which petitioner is languishing in jail custody since 04.05.2015. The contention on behalf of the petitioner is that the informant brought this case due to previous enmity and as a matter of fact, no such occurrence, as alleged in the first information report, did ever take place.
