2. The petitioners are in custody since 26.12.2016 in connection with Awatar Nagar P.S. Case No. 221 of 2016 for the offences alleged under Sections 188, 272, 273, 308 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 38, 41 of the Bihar Excise Act, 2016.
3. It is submitted that the petitioners have been falsely implicated and recovery of one litre country made mahua wine and 10 litres of sweet solution of mahua from their possession is denied. Petitioners claim clean antecedents.
4. Having regard to the entirety of the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-XI, Saran at Chapra, in connection with Awatar Nagar P.S. Case No. 221 of 2016.
