2. The petitioners seek bail in connection with Siwaipatti P.S. Case No. 140 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 324, 379, 354, 307, 302, 504, 506/34 of the I.P.C.

3. The petitioners are named in the F.I.R. and are in custody since 27.07.2023.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submitted that petitioners are falsely implicated with the present case out of trivial issues arises out of neighborhood differences and disputes being relative of main co-accused Dinesh Sahani, who has already granted bail by this Court through Cr. Misc. No. 41158/2024 dated 13.06.2024. It is submitted that both petitioners have no criminal antecedent and moreover, investigation of this case has completed and, as such, there is no chance of tampering with the evidence.

6. Learned APP opposes the prayer of bail.

In view of aforesaid factual submission and by taking note of nature of allegation which is appearing very much general and omnibus in nature qua petitioners, coupled with the fact that investigation of this case has already completed, accordingly, both above-named petitioners are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned
