Informant who was entrusted with construction of MANREGA BHAWAN became apprehensive on account of pasting poster over the building at the end of Maoist asking for ransom and further shown apprehension at the end of petitioner along with one Satyendra Paswan on the ground that two days earlier, they demanded money from him while they were under influence of liquor. That being so, there happens to be mere suspicion without connectivity and on account thereof, petitioner is directed to surrender before the learned lower court with a prayer for bail which the learned lower court will consider favourably in light of aforesaid findings.
With the aforesaid observation, the instant petition is disposed of.
