JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 30-11-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Although, petitioners are named but admittedly none sustained any injury in the alleged occurrence. Petitioner no. 1 carries criminal antecedent of only two cases and out of the aforesaid cases, one case has been registered under Section 498 A and other minor sections of the Indian Penal Code whereas another case was also registered under bailable sections, except Section 353 of the Indian Penal Code. So far as petitioner no. 2 is concerned, he does not have any criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as
