22.04.2015 Heard learned counsel for the parties.
Since the trial of the case has not concluded in so many years and the petitioner has been in custody since 01.07.2010, looking at the period of incarceration with no immediate hope of conclusion of the trial, bail application of the petitioner is allowed.
Let the petitioner, above-named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 30,000 /- (thirty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Addl. Sessions Judge-VI, in connection with Danapur P. S. Case No. 170 of 2010. One of the sureties will be executed by a close blood relation and other either by an elected representative or a government servant.

Yet another obligation is created upon the petitioner that if he indulge in any other criminal activity from the period he is on bail, the privilege of bail can be taken away at the instance of the prosecution.
