2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Salakhua P.S. Case No. 214 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 126(2), 191(2), 191(3), 190, 352, 351(2), 118(1), 109 of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and 27 of Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner and other accused persons opened fire on the informant due to which he sustained injury.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. He further submits that the victim had said that it is one Rajesh who had shot him. There is case and counter case and also land dispute.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned J.M. 1st Class, Saharsa in connection with Salakhua P.S. Case No. 214 of 2024 .
