JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 27-11-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner happens to be elder brother -in-law of the deceased and is languishing in jail custody since 12.08.2015 in a case registered under sections 304B, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The contention on behalf of the petitioern is that petitioner is separate from the husband of the deceased. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Muffasil
