2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in case registered for the offence punishable under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per prosecution case, on 27.12.2021, an unidentified dead body was recovered at Mushi Tand which led to registration of F.I.R. against unknown.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. Name of the petitioner transpired during course of investigation on the basis of statement of brother of the deceased who disclosed that petitioner took the deceased to Ranchi on 20.12.2021, on assurance of employment by this petitioner in his shop. Save and except there is no other material to show complicity of

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail application and submitted that it was this petitioner who had taken deceased to Ranchi and thereafter, his dead body was found.

6. Considering the fact that as per F.I.R., deceased was in company of this petitioner just prior to the commission of murder, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is refused.
