ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 22-04-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.
The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Parasi P.S. Case No. 18/13 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there is specific allegation of torture and demand of dowry against the husband of the deceased and these petitioners are residing separately and have no connection with the alleged occurrence. It is further submitted that there is an omnibus allegation against these petitioners which can be read at the fag end of the First Information Report only to rope in the entire family. It has also been submitted that there is no eye-witness or direct evidence to connect the petitioners and there is also no history of any act of torture having been inflicted by

Considering the aforementioned submissions, let the petitioners above named, in the event of their arrest / surrender within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the each amount to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad in connection with Parasi P.S. Case No. 18/13 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
