The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Maheshkhunt P.S. Case No. 88 of 2016 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 8/20(b) II B of N.D.P.S. Act. Allegedly, from the house of the petitioner 6.9 kilogram granja was recovered and accordingly, seizure list was prepared. Submission is of false implication and that nothing has been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner, the house is joint house where several persons used to reside, there is no independent witness of the seizure list and as such the petitioner deserves sympathetic consideration as without obtaining FSL report chargesheet has been submitted. Learned APP opposes the prayer of bail by submitting that about 7 Kg. ganja has been recovered from the house of the

In the facts and circumstances stated above, at present, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail, accordingly, his such prayer stands rejected.
