Case No. 524/2018 dated 30.10.2018 instituted for the offence under Section 273 of the Indian Penal Code and section 30(a)/38 of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2016. After some arguments, Mr. Suraj Narain Yadav learned advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition in order to enable the petitioner to surrender before the court below and seek bail.
