JUSTICE GOPAL PRASAD ORAL ORDER 22-04-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners have been arrested in connection with Duraundha P.S. Case No. 118 of 2013 registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioners was rejected as there was allegation against these petitioners that they were assaulted the informant by Farsa and lathi and also poured acid on the body of the informant.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to grant bail to these petitioners. Accordingly, their prayer for bail is hereby rejected.
