JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 07-12-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner being the husband of the complainant is languishing in jail since 07.09.2015 in a complaint case wherein process has been directed to be issued after cognizance being taken for the offences punishable under Sections 498A/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. The basic accusation is of torture for non-fulfillment of the dowry demand.

Considering the nature of accusation and period under custody, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned SDJM, East, Muzaffarpur in connection with Complaint Case
