ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 22-04-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in Sessions Trial No.36 of 2014 arising out of Barh P.S. case No.179 of 2012 instituted for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 341, 324, 307, 504 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act, pending in the court of Additional Sessions Judge IV, Barh, Patna.

It has been submitted that all witnesses have been examined.

Therefore, there is no justification for me to review the earlier order refusing bail to the petitioner. Prayer for bail is once again rejected.

The Trial Court is directed to conclude the trial expeditiously without granting unnecessary adjournments to any party.
