Petitioner happens to be husband of the complainant and is languishing in jail custody since 28.09.2015 in a case in which cognizance has been taken for the offence punishable under section 498A of the Indian Penal Code.

There is accusation of illegal demand of dowry and torture against the petitioner and taking note of the aforesaid facts as well as period of detention of the petitioner in jail custody , let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection
