Mr. APP ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SUNIL KUMAR PANWAR ORAL ORDER 20-06-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 379, 325, 307, 354(B), 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. It is a case of outrage the modesty of the informant by the petitioner and he also assaulted upon the informant and her Bhagani, namely, Kajal Kumari.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that the petitioner used to reside at Delhi working as a labourer in the construction work and he purchased a piece of land containing area 1.5 Bigha, the informant and her

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.20046 of 2021(3) dt.20-06-2022 2/2 family members were willing to grab that land and they were having the greedy eyes over the said land. He further submits that the petitioner gave an informatory petition vide No. 3352 of 2019 and thereafter a series of applications to the local authorities and thereafter to the Central Officials vide different dates (much prior to the alleged date of the occurrence) but no step has been taken against the informant side. Learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the aforesaid submissions, let the petitioner, above named in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM- Manjhaul, Begusarai in connection with Cheriya Bariyarpur P.S. Case No. 211 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
