====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 10-06-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State through video conferencing.

Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 399, 402 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-B) (a), 26, 35 of the Arms Act. Admittedly, neither petitioner was caught on the spot nor anything was recovered either from his conscious possession or from his house. The name of petitioner was disclosed by co-accused Guddu Singh.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties and also taking note of this fact that petitioner is in jail custody since 24.12.2019, let the
