The appellant apprehends his arrest in connection with Bahadurpur P.S. Case No.320 of 2018 (Special Case No. 591 of 2018) registered for the offences under Sections 307, 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code; Section 27 of the Arms Act and Section 3(2)(v) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act.

In view of the fact that the appellant is a member of group, who have assaulted the informant when he objected to their illegal activities, this is not a fit case for grant of privilege of anticipatory bail to him. Prayer for anticipatory bail is hereby rejected.

Accordingly, this appeal is dismissed.
