Petitioner seeks bail in Khagaria (Muffasil) P.S. Case No.569 of 2016 corresponding to Sessions Trial No.92 of 2017/ Trial No.253 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 364, 307, 504/34 Indian Penal Code and Sections 26, 27 of the Arms Act.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that victim has been recovered. He has not taken name of the petitioner in the statement recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C.

In the written report, there is specific allegation of causing firearm injury against co-accused, Ranjit Kumar, on account of which the informant sustained injury.

Petitioner is in custody since 13.04.2017.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Khagaria, in connection with Khagaria (Muffasil) P.S. Case No.569 of 2016 corresponding to Sessions Trial No.92 of 2017/ Trial No.253 of 2017, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner. (Sanjay Priya, J) J.
