JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 23-04-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. According to prosecution case itself, the alleged recovery was made from the house of co-accused, Anil Ram and so far as petitioner is concerned, it is only stated that he was also present there and the victims disclosed that it was petitioner who had brought them to the house of co-accused, Anil Ram but from perusal of the impugned order, it appears that victims denied the allegation in their statements recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.28198 of 2014 (7) dt.23-04-2015 bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Turkaulia P.S. Case No. 95 of 2014.
