2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Narhat P.S. Case No. 420 of 2023, registered for the offences punishable under Section 304 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per allegation, the petitioner gave injection to the son of the informant. After injection, her son started floundering due to which he was referred to Sadar Hospital, Nawada where his son was declared dead.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is a person of clean antecedent and has falsely been implicated in this case. The informant himself has filed an affidavit stating that he never went to the clinic of the petitioner.

5. Considering the above-mentioned facts and

No.13678 of 2024(2) dt.12-03-2024 2/2 circumstances, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Nawada in connection with Narhat P.S. Case No. 420 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C and further conditions:- (i) Till framing of the charges, the petitioner shall appear physically before the learned court below on each and every date.

(ii) If the petitioner is involved in any other case except the present one, his bail bond shall liable to be cancelled.
