Petitioner happens to be father in law of the deceased and admittedly, husband of the deceased has already been acquitted by the Ad hoc Additional Sessions Judge-V, Saran at Chapra vide judgment dated 04.01.2014 passed in Sessions Trial No. 470 of 2013.

Taking note of the aforesaid facts as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Ad hoc
